Born on November 29, 1951 in Philadelphia to Michael and Emma Hamas.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Kathleen Hamas (nee Birth); their children Joseph D. Hamas and Michelle E. Hamas; and precious grandchildren.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life,
