Wilberto Casillas

Wilberto Casillas, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away tragically on May 28, 2024. He was a pillar of the Philadelphia community, known for his generous heart and unwavering willingness to help others.

Wilberto is survived by his loving wife, Diane, and their five children: Josh, Wilberto, Amanda, Jonathan, and Justin. He also leaves behind eleven cherished grandchildren: Diana, Jaylen, Deanna, Janessa, Josh, Daniel, Adeline, Aiden, Wilberto, Jonathan, and Juliette. Additionally, Wilberto is survived by his dear siblings: Johan, Francisco, Edgar, and Edward.

Throughout his life, Wilberto was dedicated to his family and community. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, whether it was to keep kids out of trouble, fix a neighbor’s motorcycle or car, or simply offer his support. His humor, charisma, and uplifting spirit touched the lives of many, making him a cherished figure in the community.

Wilberto’s legacy of love and service will be remembered by all who knew him. His contributions to the community and the lives he impacted are a testament to his character and generosity.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Rodriguez Funeral Home, 1101 East Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19124, where family and friends will gather to celebrate his life and mourn his passing.

Wilberto will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Wilberto Casillas, un querido esposo, padre y abuelo, falleció trágicamente el 28 de mayo de 2024. Fue un pilar de la comunidad de Filadelfia, conocido por su generoso corazón y su disposición inquebrantable para ayudar a los demás.

Wilberto deja atrás a su amada esposa, Diane, y sus cinco hijos: Josh, Wilberto, Amanda, Jonathan y Justin. También deja once queridos nietos: Diana, Jaylen, Deanna, Janessa, Josh, Daniel, Adeline, Aiden, Wilberto, Jonathan y Juliette. El servicio funerario se llevará a cabo el miércoles 5 de junio de 2024, de 5:00 PM a 7:00 PM en Rodriguez Funeral Home, 1101 East Erie Avenue, Filadelfia, Pensilvania 19124, donde familiares y amigos se reunirán para celebrar su vida y lamentar su partida.
