Vicenta Mirando was born in Juncos, Puerto Rico to Praxedes Miranda and Isabel Santiago. Vicenta was married to Angel Miranda. Dedicated his life to her children Louis A. Miranda, Ana H. Miranda and Carmen Iris Miranda.

Vicenta passed away on June 30, 2024 in Philadelphia, PA living behind a host of precious grandchildren and great grandchildren.
