Ruben Martinez Baez, age 81, passed away on December 1, 2019 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Ruben was born in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico to Diego Martinez and Otilia Baez.

Devoted husband of Margarita Martinez (Vidro); beloved father of Louisa Perez, Jenny Martinez and Ruben Martinez Jr.; loving brother of Emma Martinez, Gudelia Martinez, Vicky Martinez, Jose Luis Martinez, Lilly Martinez, Annie Martinez and the late Diego Martinez and the late Odila Martinez; grandfather of Maricelly Perez, Christian German and Luis Perez, Jr.; and father in law to Luis Perez and Ronda Martinez.

His viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at The Rodriguez Funeral Home, J St. & Erie Avenue, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

He will be laid to rest in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico.
