Roberto “Rubio” Garcia, age 76, passed away on January 18, 2023 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Born in Villalba, Puerto Rico to Anacleto García and Santos García (nee Rodriguez).

Beloved father of Annette Rivera (Jose), Robert García Jr., and Heriberto García (Teresa) and Edna Sanchez (Robert); loving partner of Noemi Velazquez; a devoted brother to Primitivo García, Andrés García (Marta), Eva García, Carmen Montalvo (nee García/the late Hector), Efigenia García, and Blanca García.  He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister Narcisa Garcia, and brothers Jose Garcia and Ramon Garcia
