Richard W. Shead, Jr.

Richard “Richie” W. Shead Jr., age 57, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025.

Beloved father of Antonio J. Shead and the late Richard W. Shead Jr. II; loving life partner of 32 years Vanessa Montero; devoted son of Rose Marie Sanchez and of the late Richard W. Shead and Carmelo Sanchez; precious grandfather of Daniel K. Shead and Richard W. Shead III; and caring brother of Rose Marie Martinez (Luis Martinez), James S. Shead (Diana Shead) and Lisa M. Shead, Carmelo Montero. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of dear friends.
