Rafael Velazquez Sr., age 81, lovingly known as "El Cano", was a widower at his passing on February 14, 2023 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Rafael was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico to Leonides Velazquez and Evangelista Medina.

Beloved father of Rafael Antonio Velazquez, Josue Velazquez and Rafael Orlando Velazquez Jr.; devoted brother of Silvia Costa and Nilda Costa. He is also survived by 6 precious grandchildren, 2 nieces and 4 nephews.
