Rafael L. Peralta, age 69, passed away peacefully on May 21st in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Rafael was born in Dominican Republic to Secundino Peralta and Ana Antonia Adames de Peralta.

Beloved husband of Dominga Ferrera de Peralta; devoted father of Santa, Rafael, Jose and Richie. He is also survived by precious grandchildren, brothers and sisters among other relatives and dear friends.
