Maria J. Alverio

Maria J. Alverio, age 69, passed away on January 31, 2020 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Maria was born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico to Policarpo Alverio and Rafaela Torres.

Beloved mother of Mary, Carmen and the late Edgar; devoted sister of Margarita, Alfonso, Juanita, Reyita, Gertrudes, Vita, Ana and the late Julio; precious grandmother and great grandmother.

Maria’s viewing will be held on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday February 8, 2020 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am following a service of comfort at the Rodriguez Funeral Home.

 She will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
