Julio Angel Alvarez

Julio Angel Alvarez of Philadelphia, age 49, lovingly known as “Petey”, passed away on June 25, 2020.

Beloved son of Maria de Los Angeles Alvarez (nee Santiago) and the late Angel Manuel Alvarez Carrero; loving father of Julio Angel Alvarez, Ethan Manuel Alvarez, Braiden Allen Alvarez and Chandler Brice Alvarez; devoted brother of Claribel Jusino, Jannette Alvarez, Jany Alvarez, Angie Alvarez and Angel Manuelle “Baby Angel” Alvarez.  He is also survived by his fiancée Brenda Alfaro and the mother of his children December Ferrer.

A viewing limited to 25 relatives and friends will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 from 8 am to 10 am at the Rodriguez Funeral Home.

A celebration of the funeral mass will be held 11:00 am at the Resurrection of Our  Lord Church, 2000 Shelmire  Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19152.

He will be placed to rest at Forest Hills Cemetery.
