Born in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico to Juan Pérez and Crucita Rosa.

Juana leaves precious memories to her husband Irman Rodriguez; their children Ivan Rodriguez and Herman Rodriguez (Sandra); siblings; grandchildren; great grandchildren; among other family members.
