Jose Luis & Carmen E. Santiago

Jose Luis Santiago, 64, passed away on December 28, 2025, and Carmen E. Santiago, 61, passed away on January 12, 2026 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Jose Luis was born on October 31, 1961, in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, one of twelve children born to Mr. Juan Martin Santiago Colon and Carmen Maria Vasquez.

Carmen was born on February 1, 1964, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, one of five children born to Luis Cruz and Esther Ramirez.

Jose Luis and Carmen are survived by their loving children Kimberly, Kristina, Rashiem and Shannon; siblings and grandchildren all of whom they have held close to their hearts.
