José Ramón Pérez Rodríguez,

José Ramón Pérez Rodríguez, lovingly known as Ramón Perez, age 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in Las Marías, Puerto Rico.

He was born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, to Ernestina Rodríguez and Ramón Pérez, both of whom preceded him in death. Ramón was a devoted and loving husband to Felicita Pérez, and a beloved father to Ana Pérez and Aura Pérez.

Ramón was a proud and precious grandfather to five grandchildren and a loving great-grandfather to six great-granddaughters, who brought him great joy. He is also survived by six siblings, along with many extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.

Ramón will be remembered for his deep love for his family, his gentle spirit, and the legacy of love and faith he leaves behind.

With faith in God’s promises, we find comfort knowing that Ramón now rests in the peace of the Lord, awaiting the glorious resurrection and the joyful reunion promised to those who believe in Christ.

Services will be held at Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día, located at 101 W. Tioga Street Philadelphia, Pa 19140 starting at 9 am; service 10:30 am.

He will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery.
