Jacqueline Ortiz Obituary

Jacqueline Marie Ortiz, lovingly known as "Jackie" passed away suddenly on March 16, 2021.

Jackie was born on August 22, 1969 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Beloved daughter of Ovidio Ortiz and Maria Noelia Petrochko (William); God Daughter of Maria and Mariano Reyes; among other family members.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 9 am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am, St Peter the Apostle Church, 5th Street & Girard Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19125.

She will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn, PA.
