Ismael Rivera

Ismael Rivera, age 86, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He was born on December 7, 1934 in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico.

Loving father of Vilma Rivera- Smith (Corey), Yolanda Rivera, Diana Rivera (Samuel), Cheryl Torres (Felipe) and Ismael Rivera Jr.;  devoted brother of Ramonita.  He is also survived by his precious grandchildren Felipe Torres Jr, Alexis Torres, Kristopher Garcia, Franklin Valdivieso, Jesiah Korlinay, Alexis Muñiz, Josiash Smith, Dwayne Smith, Corey Smith Jr., Isaiah Berrios Gabrielle Berrios, Nathan I., Ediany and Lanya;  great granddaughter Amazing Muñiz; nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his mother Altagracia Velazquez Rivera; his siblings Rafael, Tito, Monchito and Pedrito.

He will be laid to rest at Oakland Cemetery, Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
