Irving Rodriguez of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on December 5, 2025. He was 66 years of age. Irving was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, to the late Santiago Rodriguez Caraballo and the late Antonia Pacheco. He is survived by his loving wife Juanita Velez, children, Brenda, Irving Jr., Desiree Nicole, Destiny Nayelli and O'Brian, grandchildren and siblings.
