Higinio Villarin Allende

Higinio Villarín Allende, age 73, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Higinio was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico.

Beloved brother of Rita Villarín, Esther Villarín, Petra Allende and Carmen Ana Allende; devoted uncle to Josefina Alicea, Carmen Oquendo, Harold Allende, Nelson Allende, Evelyn Torres and Andrés Oquendo; great uncle to Michelle Nater, Cindy Santos, William Nater, Marquise Nater, José Santiago, Leah Crespo and Cookie Crespo.

His viewing will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am followed by a service of comfort at Rodriguez Funeral Home.

He will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery of Philadelphia,  Pennsylvania.
