Hector Rafael Rio Obituary

Hector Rafael Rio, age 86, passed away on Februray 22, 2020 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Hector was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico to Pedro Rio and Rita Elena Santell.

He is the beloved husband of Iluminada V. Rios; devoted father of Emma B. Martinez, Noram Iris Santell, Hector Manuel Rios, The late Rita Elena SAntell and the late Hector Rafael Rios Jr.; brother Freddie; grandfather and great grandfather.

His viewing will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Rodriguez Funeral Home followed by a service of comfort.

He will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
