Francisco Ortiz Sanchez, age 76, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2023 in Abington, Pennsylvania.

He was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico to Bernardo Ortiz and Eugenia Sanchez.

Beloved husband of Olga Mendez; devoted father of Frankie Ortiz, Francesca Ortiz, the late Angel Garcia Jr., Maritza Ortiz, Francisco Ortiz Jr., and Freddy Ortiz; brother of Lucy Ortiz Sanchez, Juana Ortiz Sanchez, the late Petra Ortiz Sanchez, the late Tomas Ortiz Sanchez, the late Norma Ortiz Sanchez, the late Maria Ortiz Sanchez and the late Pedro Ortiz Sanchez; precious grandfather; and uncle of many nieces and nephews.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, February 3rd from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, 1101 East Erie Ave, Philadelphia.

He will be laid to rest in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico.
