Francisca Velazquez, age 92, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2021 in Philadelphia surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Rev. Mr. Alberto Velazquez; devoted mother of Concepcion Garcia (Julio Garcia), Maria Montanez, Candida Cordero, Rosa Negron (Henry Negron Sr.), Jose A. Montanez (Caridad Montanez), Benita Diaz (William Diaz), the late Jesus Montanez Velazquez and the late Ramon Montanez Velazquez; precious grandmother of Concepcion Garcia, Jose Antonio Garcia, Francine Garcia, Maryann Rivas, Danny Rivas, Jason Rivera, Angel Cordero Jr., Marybell Maldonado, Maritza Smith, Henry Negron Jr., Michelle Negron, Andrew Montanez, Natalia Marie Montanez, Alyssa Lauren Diaz and  the late Julio E. Garcia Jr.; sister of Jesus Dominguez, Carmela Dominguez De Alma and Carmen Dominguez.
