Frances D. Borrelli, age 70, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on October 15th, 2025.

Beloved mother of Christine, Frances, James and Kathleen; devoted sister of Carl and Kathleen; precious grandmother and loving great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Joan (nee Meussner) Jackson; her sister Theresa and brother Steven.
