Born in Jayuya, Puerto Rico to Mr. Natividad Oquendo and Mrs. Laura Torres-Oquendo.
Loving mother of Carlos Luis, Hector Luis, Angelica Maria, Luis Angel and Norma Torres; devoted sister of Luis Oquendo, Rafael Oquendo, Maria Oquendo and Luis Rivera; precious grandmother and great-grandmother.
