Efrain "Frank" Velez

Efrain “Frank” Velez, 80, of Philadelphia passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones on October 22, 2023.  Born in Luquillo, P.R. to Diego and Antonia (Nieves), brother of the late Paul Velez, Elizabeth, Almondo, and Maria.  Devoted father to Deborah (Matthew) and Sylvia (Tom) and grandfather to Wilfredo and Alicia. An amazing uncle to his nieces and nephews. Loving husband to the late Gladys (Santana), Loving partner to the late Nancy (Czop) and loving companion to Maria (Roman).

He will always be remembered by his family, friends and neighbors as being the happiest on the water fishing on his boat and riding his Harley on the open road.
