Eddie Ortiz, Sr., passed away on April 26, 2018.

Beloved husband of Carol Ortiz; devoted father of Eddie Ortiz, Jr.; father in law to Delia Ortiz; precious grandfather of Rafael Ortiz, Morayma Ortiz and Carol Ann Ortiz.

A viewing will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 10 am following a service of comfort at 12 noon, Rodriguez Funeral Home, J Street & Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.

He will be placed to rest at Greenmount Cemetery.
