Daniel “Danny” Montañez, age 36, of Philadelphia, passed away on April 9, 2022.

Beloved son of Ana Teresa Montañez and Billy Joe Diana; devoted father of Tamara Montañez, Amanda Rose Montañez, Matthew Elijah Montañez and Ethan Ahimd Montañez; brother of Peter Montañez, Felix Montañez Jr., Billy Diana Jr., Edwin Diana, Bianca Davila and Adrian Timothy Diana; grandfather of Ebdul-Akhirr Jihad Wheeler. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister Andrea Montañez.

He will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery.
