Carmen Iris Rodriguez

Carmen Iris Rodriguez, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Carmen was born in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico to Victoriano Rodriguez and Julia Serrano.

She is the beloved mother of Francisco Rivera and Maribel Rivera; devoted companion of Juan Alberto Ortiz; sister of Reymond Rodriguez, Felipe Rodriguez, Oscar Rodriguez, Victoriano Rodriguez, Hector Rodriguez, Aida E. Rodriguez, Mariana Rodriguez, Lucy Rodriguez, Virgen Rodriguez and Aida Rodriguez.  She is also survived by precious grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and loving son Luis Alberto Ortiz.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Friday, February 28, 2020 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at the Rodriguez Funeral Home followed by Funeral Mass Holy Innocents Church at 10:00am.

She will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery.
