Carmen Delia Santiago, age 62, passed away peacefully on March 30th in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Carmen Delia was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico to Domingo Natali and Nicolasa Acosta Vega.

Beloved mother of Brenda Santiago, Pablo Perez, Jennifer Marie Perez and Kevin Joel Perez; precious grandmother and great-grandmother; and sister of Angel Luis, Julio, Elsa, Madelyne, Wanda, Vivian and Jose.
