Mr. Santiago Garcia, age 75, passed away on April 8, 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Born in Ceiba, Puerto Rico to Gabino García and Narcisa Morales.
His viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Wednesday 7:00 am to 8 am at Rodriguez Funeral Home, J Street & Erie Avenue.
He will be laid to rest at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, Pennsylvania.
