Rafaela Diaz, age 70, passed away on April 6, 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico to Juan Diaz and Adela Garcia. 

Loving mother of Carmelo Rodriguez, Nancy Rodriguez, Noemi Rodriguez, Gerardo Rodriguez, Carmen Rodriguez, Ruben Sanchez, Angel Sanchez and Maria Quiles; devoted sister of Aida Diaz, Lucy Diaz, Inez Diaz, Marcelino Diaz and Luis Diaz; beloved grandmother and precious great grandmother. 

She was preceded in death by her sister Maria Diaz and brother Bernardino Diaz.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Friday, April 13, 2018 from 9 am to 10 am at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, Inc., 1101 East Erie Ave, Philadelphia PA 19124.

She will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery of Philadelphia.
