Natividad Rivera

Natividad Rivera, age 78, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2018 in the early hours of the morning surrounded by her loving family.  

Born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico to Justino Ortiz and Elisa Melendez de Ortiz.

She will be missed by her gentle smile, charisma and her loving way of caring for others. A very sociable, religious and hard working woman.

A dedicated business owner that made clients smile as they selected carefully each personalized item for their special event.

A woman of faith devoted to those that needed support and prayers.

A good wife, great mother and wonderful grandmother and great grandmother.

She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory to her beloved sons Carlos Rivera Jr, Anibal Rivera and Wilbert Rivera; daughters in law Nancy, Susie and Maria; a brother Frank; a sister Maria Virgen; precious grandchildren and precious great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Carlos Rivera; her brothers Alberto, Celestino and Cholo; and sisters Marta, Femia, Cile and Carmen.

A public viewing will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Rodriguez Funeral Home and on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 9 am St. Peter the Apostle Church followed by the celebration of Funeral Mass at 10 am.

A final viewing will be held in “Funeraria La Paz del Señor” Carr 14 Km 49.3 Bo Llanos, Aibonito, Puerto Rico.  

She will be laid to rest with her loving husband, Carlos Rivera in La Paz del Señor Cemetery of Aibonito, Puerto Rico.
