Monserrate Diaz Obituary

Monserrate Diaz, age 84, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Monserrate was born in Jayuya, Puerto Rico to Gonzalo Díaz and Victoria Pabón.

Beloved mother of Carmen Z. Perez (Raul Nieves), Rafael Perez and Hector Perez (Amanda); precious grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother of Deandre and Daniel Jesus; and sister of Aureliano Diaz, Carmelo Diaz, Rosin Diaz, Amelia Diaz and Luz Maria Diaz.

A viewing will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 9:30 am following Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am, Holy Innocents Church, 1335 E. Hunting Park Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa 19124.

She will be placed to rest at Greenmount Cemetery, 4301 North Front Street, Philadelphia PA 19140.
