Maria Soberal Perez

Maria Soberal Perez was born on February 25, 1932 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to Agustin Serrano and Florentina Soberal-Serrano. 

In the late 1950’s she moved to Philadelphia with her husband Vicente Perez and their 4 children.  She devoted her life to her family. She saw her children clothing and crafted decorations for the home.  She enjoyed gathering her family while listening to music, cooking for them and playing Dominoes.  

Loving wife of the late Vicente Perez; devoted mother of Ruth V. Knights (Charles Michael), Rusbelio Perez (Ada), Carlos R. Perez (Marie) and the late Jaime (Diana); precious grandmother of Charles Michael Jr., Jaime Jay, Anna Lynn, Erika, Jennifer Danielle, Nykia M. and Melissa A.  She is also survived by many great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews among other relatives and dear friends.

She entered into eternal rest on December 24, 2018 and will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery.
