Luz Amaro Obituary

Luz Amaro, age 73, passed away August 5, 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Luz was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico to Jesus Ramos and Nancy Garcia.

She leaves memories to be cherished by her children, Julio, Nancy, and Ruben (Ashley) Amaro; siblings, Sal, Leo, Benjamin, and Olga; her caretaker, Corialys; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a great great grandson. She was preceded in death by a son, Hiram Amaro.

A public viewing will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, J Street and Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124.
