She was born on July 10, 1958 to Obdulio Velazquez and Dora Anaya.

Beloved mother of Leticia and Natasha; devoted sister of Lissette Anaya; precious grandmother of Liyana and Domingo.

A public viewing will be held on Thursday, March 1 2018 from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, J Street & Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa.
