Jose was born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico to Francisco Borges and Victoria Rodriguez.
Beloved companion of Iris N. Davila; devoted father of Wanda Borges, Alexander Borges, Josue Borges, Ilaysha Borges and Jonatthan Borges. He is also survived by grandchildren.
His Viewing will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at Rodriguez Funeral Home from 6:00 pm -9:00 pm.
