Jose Luis Serrano, age 66, passed away on September 18, 2019 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Jose was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Simon Serrano and Rafaela Rosado.

Beloved husband of Maria Pabon; beloved father of Marilyn Cruz, Silvestre Cruz, Norma Cruz and Jose Luis Serrano, Jr.; brother of Juan Serrano, Israel Serrano, Ramon Luis Serrano, Luz D. Serrano, the late Luis Angel Serrano, the late Martin Serrano and the late Luis Alfredo Serrano; five precious grandchildren Raomel Jr. Morrison, Christopher Cruz, Vanessa Marie Cruz, Sanaiah Scott and Leyla Cruz; three adorable great grandchildren Lucas Cruz, Reagan Morrison and Naieli Cruz.

His viewing will be held on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Rodriguez Funeral Home.

He will be laid to rest in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
