Isabelo "Chabelo" Alvarez

Isabelo Alvarez, age  92, lovingly known as “Chabelo”, passed away on Augsut 29, 2018.

He was born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico to Francisco Alvarez and Flora Santiago.

He leaves cherished memories to his children Ana (Brian Schaffer), Awilda (Eliseo Rosa), Isabelo Jr. (Carmita ), and Enrique “Ricky” (Crystal ); his siblings Inez, Luis, Pedro “ Chilico”, Antonio “Toño”, Carmelo, Isidro, and Cheo; grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Antonia Alvarez, their beloved son Jose Alvarez, ans his sister Maria. 

A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Rodriguez Funeral Home.  A service of comfort at 7:30 pm.  

A final viewing and service will take placed at the Steidel Memorial Funeral Home of Yabucoa.

He will be laid to rest in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico.
