Isabel was born in Vieques, Puerto Rico to Virgilio Ortiz and Andrea Emeric Villaruet.
She leaves precious memories of her to be cherished by her siblings, Jack Ortiz, Dante Ortiz , and Carmen Brignone, nieces and nephews.
Isabel now joins her late husband Enrique Narzario, whom was laid to rest in Vieques, Puerto Rico.
