Ines was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to Jose Ramos and Carmen Ramos.

Devoted mother of Ines D. Martinez, Jose Serrano and Angel Martinez;

loving companion for over 20 years Geraldo “Jerry” Figueroa; precious grandchildren to Mariah Serrano and Isaias Serrano and beloved sister of Damaris Ramos, Jose L. Ramos, Jose F. Ramos & Carlos Ramos.

Her viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at the Rodriguez Funeral Home from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
