Heriberto Cartagena

Heriberto Cartagena, age 71, passed away on July 1, 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico to Jose Antonio Cartagena and Juana Mercado.

Beloved husband of Nadia Vanessa Fontanez; devoted father of Jose Antonio Cartagena, Heriberto Cartagena Jr., and Daniel Efrain Cartagena; precious grandfather and great grandfather. Also survived by his siblings Jose Antonio “Toñin”, Lourdes Maria, Reinaldo and Carmen.

He was preceded in death by his brother Santos.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, July 6, 218 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, J Street and Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a final visitation on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 12 noon, Rodriguez Funeral Home followed by the interment of his cremated remains at Greenmount Cemetery.
