She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

Loving mother of Sincere, Dinasty and Nam Van Tran III; beloved daughter of Jose A. Velez Campos and Gloria E. Camacho; granddaughter of Ricardo Camacho, Gloria Vargas and Carmen Campos; devoted sister of Viviana Velez, Celina Velez, Jonathan Rosa, Jose Velez Jr. and Yandel Rivera.

She was preceded in death by her husband Nam Van Tran, Jr.

A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm and Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, J St and Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124, followed by a funeral services at 10:00 am.

She will place to rest at New Cathedral Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
