Estelle Genaro Cuadrado of Philadelphia, passed on September 02, 2018 at the age of 83.
She had been living with her eldest son and grandchildren and died peacefully at home.
Estelle worked for the Philadelphia Public School system for 30 years. Her smile and joy would light the hearts of many. She was a lady of grace and a humble spirit. She lived a simple life, made sure all those around her were well, and asked nothing in return.
Estelle is the adored matriarch of her family and is deeply loved and missed.
She is survived by her 12 children and their spouses: Frank (Dominga), Gloria, Esther, Carmen, Ana, Emil (Libby), William (Luzeady), Robert (Margarita), David (Brenda), Debra (Elbridge), Catherine (Larry) and Gladys (Greg), 23 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, a sister, Carmen Velez and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, and 4 grandchildren: Matilda, Rena, Vincent, and Robert.
They are all rejoicing in the presence of Our Lord and Savior!
Jesus received Mom with opened arms and a golden smile and said: "My Child, you have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith!" (2Timothy 4:7)
A public viewing will be held on Friday, September 7, 2018 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, 1101 East Erie Ave, Philadelphia, Pa. A final viewing on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the Spirit and Truth Fellowship Church, 4400 North 6th Street, from 9 am following a service of worship at 10 am.
She will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery of Philadelphia.
