Enid Rivera

Enid Rivera, age 57, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  
She was born in Coamo, Puerto Rico to the Eligio Santiago and the late Virgenmina Ortiz.

Enid married the love of her life Francisco Rivera in 1983.
Enid was employed as a teacher.  Her love for children was evident as she taught for St. Hugh’s Church in Philadelphia, PA and Holy Name in Camden, New Jersey.

She was preceded in death by her beloved brother Fernando Claudio.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her loving husband Francisco Rivera; their beloved children Elsie Enid Rivera, Ryan Rivera and Jamiel Rivera; her devoted daughter in law Bianca Valentin; her sibling Gabriel Colon (Maria), Gloria Soto (Andres) and Diana Irizarry (Felix Vega); and precious grandchildren Luis Caseres, Alexander Caseras, Amarylis Enid Caseras and Justin Caseras.  

Relatives, friends, faculty and alumni of St. Hugh’s School and Holy Name School are invited to her viewing on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Friday, October 20, 2017 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am followed by a liturgical Service at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, J Street & Erie Ave. 

She will be placed to rest at Lakeview Cemetery, Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
