Elba I. Hernandez, age 64, passed away on February 4, 2019 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Elba was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico to Porfirio Rosario and Felicita Febus.

She leaves precious memories of her to be cherished by her children Lisette Gonzalez, Elba Gonzalez and Ramon Gonzalez; her siblings Paula Rosario, Ani Rosario, Olga Andujar, Juanita Medina, Cheo Handoln, Porfirio Rosario, Luis Rosario, Reynaldo Rosario, Carmen Flores, Lourdes Sayas, Mary Rosario, Carmen Torres and Ricardo Rosario; grandchilden, great grandchildren; good friend Ramon Gonzalez; among other relatives and dear friends.

A viewing will be held on Friday, February 8, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, 1101 East Erie Avenue.

A final viewing will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Visitation BVM Church, followed by a Mass of Christain Burial at 10:00 AM.

She will be laid to rest at Mt. Lawn Cemetery of Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania.
