Cruz Rodriguez Serrano

Cruz Rodriguez Serrano, age 91, passed away on August 18, 2017 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico to Telesforo Rodriguez and Francisca Serrano.

Cruz was a proud veteran of the United States Army.

He leaves memories to be cherished by his loving wife Angelica Arocho; his beloved children Nancy Rodriguez-Weller (Dennis), Marilyn Rodriguez, Edgar Rodriguez, Ivette Geiger (Jeff) and Mary Ann Rodriguez (Ahmed); grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Diane Rodriguez.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday,     August 24, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Rodriguez Funeral Home, J Street & Erie Ave.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 8:00am St. Michael’s Church, 1445 North 2nd Street Philadelphia, PA 19122

He will be placed to rest at the National Washington Crossing Cemetery of Newtown, Pennsylvania.
