Carmen Iris Gomez

Carmen Iris Gomez, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Carmen Iris was born in Bayamon Puerto Rico to Andres Gomez and Francisca Cotto.

Carmen Iris devoted her life to her family and was a faithful believer of her Saviour, Jesus Christ.

She is the beloved mother of Sonia Iris Tañon and Margaret Tañon; sister of William Gomez, Andres Gomez, David Gomez and Misael Gomez.  She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren among other relatives.  

Her viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Rodriguez Funeral Home followed by a Service of Comfort.

She will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery.
