Alvin Leroy Flowers

Alvin Leroy Flowers, age 77, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Alvin was born in Jacksonville, Florida to John J. Jenkins and Annie Flowers.

Loving father of Terrence Grigger, Troy Flowers, Barbara Kim Delvin, Cynthia Flowers-Cooper and Tracie Jenkins; brother of Charles Brown. Alvin is also survived by his 9 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.

Relatives, friends, members of the Philadelphia Police Department, Members of the F.O.P. and members of the Masonic Temple Lodge 151 are invited to attend his memorial service on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia (13500 Philmont Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19116), following service at 10:30 AM.

A private interment will be held at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
